The facility has progressively introduced over 80 sets of domestic and international advanced CNC equipment, includingTsugami Uapan) CNC turning centers, high-precision follow-rest grinding machines, centerless grinders, cylindrical grinders, turning- milingCNC lathes, machining centers, double-sided lathes, deep -hole drilling machines, high-frequency heat treatment machines, and automateddedicated production lines.
In addition, the company is equipped with precision inspection instruments such as Mitutoyo (apan) roughnesstesters, profilometers, Hexagon coordinate measuring machines (CMM), scanners, and projectors, supported by advanced metrologytechnology.

From precise parameters in digital models to fine textures on metal surfaces, we specialize in high-difficultymachining of eccentric shafts, gear shafts, motor shafts, and high-end pump bodies. Through integrated turning,milling, and grinding processes, we transform high-precision gears and long- shaft components-such as thoserequired for gearboxes, transfer cases, engines, and axles-from blueprints into industrial-grade textures thatcombine rigidity and precision.
